Is There a Need for a Herpes Test?

We are always encouraged to take a regular health check up. Even dental check up is also required. In most companies, an annual health and dental check up are required in order to ensure the readiness and physical capacity of the employees. But is there a need for a herpes test for these companies? Though it appears that it is unacceptable, in other industries like the pornography industry, it is a requirement. With the spread of different sexual diseases, it is needed to ensure the safety of all actors and actresses. In some companies outside the pornography business, it is also required. The reason is to protect the integrity and morality of the company. Some companies who are giving emphasis on corporate values are requiring their employees to take the Herpes Testing or other sexual tests. Some employees tend to live a double-standard kind of life. They appear good in the office but their private life is immoral. With this requirement, the employees are becoming more morally aware and conscious. In fact, there were reports from companies who required their employees to take the Herpes Test. They found some employees violating the moral rules of the company. They were all tested positive for herpes. Later on, it was revealed that they had unprotected sex with prostitutes who at that time were not aware that they have herpes. The company said that in the first place, they should have not engaged into that kind of activity because they are all married and occupying supervisory positions in the company. A few years later, it has set a good moral standard for the company.
